This is the Online Reservation Form for Alpine Sober Cab.
We use Google Maps to estimate mileage for fares. You can calculate the mileage for reservation with Alpine Sober Cab by using the Google Map Gadget below, then complete the Online Reservation in the form provided below the Gadget.
Reservation Policy - Reservations are for a specific time, date, and place. We will require the exact address for the both the pick-up location and drop-off locations. We use Google Maps to estimate mileage for fares. Actual mileage may vary depending on the alternate route customer may take home. Additional fees may apply such as wait fees, additional stops fees or out of service area fees. A credit/debit card is required to hold all reservations and your card will be pre-authorized for $20.00 to hold the reservation.
Cancellation Fee/NoShow Fee - There is a $20.00 charge if there is a NO SHOW when our team arrives for the reservation time and customer is not there. There is a $20.00 charge if the customer does not call to reschedule, or cancel 30 min prior to the scheduled pick up time.
All Reservations: Alpine Sober Cab will pre-authorize your credit card for $20.00. You MUST contact us to cancel or change your reservation more than 30 Minutes of the pickup time. If you DO NOT cancel a reservation in more than 30 Minutes of the reservation you will be charged the $20 Cancellation Fee. If you do not cancel your reservation and/or you are not present at the designated location and time of the reservation for the drive team, this is considered a "NO SHOW" and you will be charged the $20 NO SHOW Fee.
Alpine Sober Cab reserves the right to accept or decline reservations for any reason.
